2. 6 types of Lithuanian beer (10 cl each) with beer snacks or dinner menu (price per guest)

Lithuanian beer snack (cheese doughnuts, dried meat, smoked pig ears, fried rye bread)
Venison pate with cranberry chutney and toasted rye bread
Salad with smoked fish and blueberry vinaigrette
Selection of vegetarian spreads with rye bran crisps
Main course options:
Boar meat roast, served with cowberry-wine sauce, sweet pear and potato croquets with cheese
Duck confit with orange jam and potatoe puree flavoured with spinach
Catfish with nut and mustard crust, served with roasted tomatoes and potatoe puree flavoured with spinach
Chocolate layered dessert with raspberries
