What type of cuisine does LOKYS serve?

Lithuanian. LOKYS specializes in historic Lithuanian cuisine, including wild game such as boar, venison, and beaver, as well as traditional dishes like cold beetroot soup (šaltibarščiai) and zeppelins (cepelinai). Our recipes are based on authentic historical sources that start from the era of Grand Duchy of Lithuania.

Restaurant LOKYS is located at Stiklių g. 8, in the heart of Vilnius Old Town, Lithuania. The restaurant is set in a 15th-century merchant’s house, featuring Gothic cellars, an 18th-century Baroque room with restored frescoes, and 19th–20th century Wine rooms.

LOKYS is open every day, Monday through Sunday, from 12:00 to 24:00 (noon to midnight).

Yes, families with children are welcome at LOKYS. While we do not have a separate children’s menu, our kitchen is happy to prepare child-friendly dishes on request — just ask your waiter. We provide high chairs for small children. The outdoor terrace, open during the warm season, also features a small children’s play area.
